You've got your domain, and your script, the next step is to acquire a hosting plan to give your website life!
There are TONS of hosting company choices out there. It can be absolute overwhelming and so very difficult to choose which one you like best! After learning the hard way myself, I narrowed it down to a few that I myself prefer to use, both for ease and affordability. However, you may like a different service yourself.
Again, GoDaddy is my hosting company of choice. I mainly use it for its ease of organization, since my domains are already registered with them. One of my main problems with it, however, is that in order to upload any great number of files to their FTP, you must use a third party program. If you choose GoDaddy for your hosting, I highly recommend that you also download FileZilla for uploading large files.
Two other companies I highly recommend from having seen many satisfied customers are HostGator and HostMonster. Both have very affordable services (~$7 a month) and have proven uptimes.
On to the next step - getting your site a design!
